REV'S California Cuisine and Maréchal Vineyards would love to invite you and your sweetheart to an evening filled with exceptional wine, wonderful food and the perfect ambiance for a night to remember.
Each ticket will include Maréchal Vineyards wine paired with each course.
Executive Chef Brian Velasquez will be preparing the following 6-Course Dinner:

Soup: Cream of Mushroom
Salad: Spring Mix and Mustard Greens with Pomaegranate Vinaigrette
Sorbet: Raspberry
Entree: Surf and Turf with Beef Wellington and Lobster Tail
Dessert: Chocolate Raspberry Torte
